Terms of Service
Effective July 22, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the APDHQ web application and iOS application (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an agency, you represent that you are authorized to bind that agency to these Terms.
1. The Service
APDHQ is a compliance and electronic-record tool for Florida APD iBudget home-care agencies. It helps agencies manage consumer and employee records, track required documents and expirations, and use Coworker, an AI assistant, to answer questions and draft documents from the agency’s data.
2. Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
- The Service is intended for use by authorized agency staff for business purposes, not by the general public or by children.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload data you are not authorized to process, or use the Service in violation of applicable law or the privacy rights of others.
- Attempt to access another agency’s data, probe or bypass security, or disrupt the Service.
- Reverse engineer or misuse the Service or its APIs.
4. Your data
You and your agency retain ownership of the records you enter. You grant APDHQ the limited rights needed to host, process, and display that data to provide the Service. Our handling of personal and health information is described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Coworker AI — not professional advice
Coworker is an automated assistant. Its responses may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not legal, medical, clinical, or professional advice. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any output before relying on it or acting on it, and for all compliance and care decisions.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Paid features are billed through our payment processor according to the plan your agency selects. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated. Subscription management for the web app is handled at apdhq.com.
7. Availability and changes
We work to keep the Service available and secure but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify or discontinue features, and we may update these Terms; material changes take effect on the updated effective date.
8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the extent permitted by law, APDHQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any decision made in reliance on the Service or on Coworker output.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time (see the Privacy Policy). We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service or its users.
