Signing in

APDHQ accounts are created by your agency, not in the app. If you don’t have credentials yet, ask your agency administrator to invite you. Administrators can send invitations from the Agency section of the web app.

If you’ve forgotten your password, use the “Forgot password” link on the sign-in screen to receive a reset email. If your account has two-factor authentication enabled and you’ve lost access to your authenticator, email support@apdhq.com from the address on your account.

Caregivers

If you clock in or out and the app says it can’t confirm your location, check that location access is enabled for APDHQ in iOS Settings, and that you’re at the consumer’s service address. Your agency sets the location radius for each consumer, so contact them if a visit keeps failing verification.

Visit notes save as you type. If a note doesn’t appear after you save it, pull down to refresh the shift; an unsent draft is kept on your device so nothing you wrote is lost.

Your data and privacy

APDHQ stores health-related records on behalf of the agency that subscribes to it. How we handle that information is described in our Privacy Policy, and the terms of use are in our Terms of Service. Privacy questions can go to privacy@apdhq.com.

Deleting your account

You can request deletion of your account from inside the iOS app: open the Agency section, choose Account, then Delete account. Requests are completed after a 30-day window, which exists because health records are subject to legal retention requirements. Records belonging to your agency remain with the agency. You can also request deletion by emailing support@apdhq.com.

Reporting a security issue

If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability, email support@apdhq.comwith the details and please don’t share it publicly until we’ve had a chance to respond.
