A capable platform with real Florida customers and two decades in human services, strongest in self-directed services and fiscal intermediary work. The caution is focus: eVero's Florida page doesn't mention APD, iBudget, iConnect, or CDC+ by name — it's a New York-centered product extended to Florida. Pick eVero if self-direction/FI workflows are your core business.
Giv and Statewise — the new generation
Two newer IDD platforms worth watching. Giv has genuine Florida-awareness on its state page (QSI, iBudget authorizations, APD reviews) and a modern feel; Statewise runs an active Florida content operation and belongs to Florida ARF. Both are national products building state coverage broadly rather than Florida-native depth — neither productizes iConnect EPI export or Qlarant PDR preparation today. Worth a demo if you want modern UX and are comfortable being a state-coverage customer rather than the home market.
Millin and billing services — a different question
Millin is a revenue-cycle (billing) company with real Florida iBudget content and expertise, not a full agency EHR — some agencies pair a records system with a billing service like Millin or a billing agent. If claims are your only pain, a billing service may be the cheaper fix; if the pain is records, audits, scheduling, andbilling files, you're shopping for an operations system.

What software do Florida APD providers actually need?
At minimum: a compliant home for consumer and employee records (the files Qlarant reviews), service documentation that reaches iConnect, scheduling with visit records, authorization/unit tracking so you never bill past an authorization, and a way to produce billing files. The state gives you iConnect and FLMMIS; the question is how much of the remaining work your software genuinely does for Florida's rules versus what you configure yourself.
Is there software that integrates with APD iConnect?
No vendor has a live direct interface with iConnect — the Therap interface announced in 2018 was never implemented, per Florida TaxWatch. The working path is APD's External Provider Interface (EPI): generating the iConnect Activities Import file from your own system's documentation. When a vendor claims iConnect integration, ask precisely: 'Do you generate the EPI Activities Import file today? Show me.'
